After graduating summa cum laude from North Carolina State University, I joined Keller Williams as a independent real estate agent. Committed to creating something truly unique, I opened my own firm in 2012 and with the help of my amazing team we quickly grew it to over $20 million in yearly sales.
Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit, I created Mallard Realty Group because I saw a critical need for something better than what is typically provided by standard everyday real estate firms. Home buying and selling can be extremely challenging, and with that in mind, we offer best-in-class support. This includes full staging services and professional photography at no extra cost, which has consistently helped our homes sell faster at higher prices. Even though almost no other firms are doing this type of prep work, it is very effective and something we take great pride in. Our homes on average sell for 101.4% of list price compared to the local average of 99.0%. For a house listed at $425,000, that amounts to over $10,000 more profit for the client. Our homes also spend just 7 days on the market vs. the 45-day average.
I have lived and worked all across the Triangle, and currently live in Durham with my partner and adorable dog. We live in a 1920s historic home in Cleveland Holloway, a beautiful Durham neighborhood. When I’m not working, you’ll find me taking a walk with the dogs, trying out new restaurants, watching the latest ‘home’ show, or playing music.
